随着教育国际化趋势的加强,高校也在加大俄语国际化人才的培养力度。当前,高校俄语人才培养存在着很多方面的问题,如俄语人才培养理念相对滞后、俄语人才培养途径过于单一、俄语国际化人才培养方案不够完善、多元能力评价体系不健全等。培养高校俄语国际化人才的多元能力,要明确俄语人才培养标准,调整教学目标;设计国际化课程,进行多元能力教学;改革人才培养方案,促进多元能力协调发展;搭建国际化的俄语教育与交流平台。
