高职院校师德建设的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Teachers' Morality in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职院校在师德建设上存在重视程度不够、针对对象不全、内容缺乏高职特色、方式方法不科学、长效机制建设不力等问题。针对这些问题,高职院校应增强对师德建设的重视程度,面向全体教师开展分层次针对性师德建设,构建具有高职特色的师德内容体系,选择灵活科学的方式方法,建立健全师德建设的长效机制。

At present,higher vocational colleges have such problems as less emphasis, incomplete objective, lack of higher vocational characteristic content, unscientific method and lack of long-term mechanism building in the construction of teachers＇ morality. To solve these problems, higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the construction of teachers＇ morality, carry out the hierarchical targeted construction of teachers＇ morality for all the teachers, build the system of teachers＇ morality with higher vocational characteristic content and choose the flexible scientific method to establish a sound long-term mechanism of the construction of teachers＇ morality.
