摘要
文章综述了高压均质机在国内染料行业,尤其在还原染料生产企业用超高压均质机取代或部分取代砂磨锅或调整砂磨机进行超细粉碎的主要方法和结果。还原染料的超细粉碎工艺采用了高速砂磨机“预磨”,再进高压均质机进行“细磨”,染料的分子粒径可达到1μm以下,且粒径分布均匀,同时达到了节能和高效的目标。早先研磨需费几十小时,经超高压均质机处理,瞬间即可完成,开创了继分散染料之后又一个中国式的超细粉碎工艺。在使用超高压均质机进行超细粉碎工艺中,使用压力可根据不同的品种控制在100MPa左右。从实践结果来看,专门为染颜料后处理加工配套的上海东华高压均质机厂生产的高压均质机最为适用,对超高压均质的适时保养,对提高产品的质量也十分重要。
The article summarizes the major approach and result of using ultra-high pressure homogenizer to replace (or partially replace) sand mill in ultrafine grinding. Ultrafine grinding technology of vat dyes adopts the pre-grinding made by high-speed sand mill followed by the fine grinding made by high pressure homogenizer. Thus, the molecular particle size of the dye can be smaller than 1 -na and is equally distributed. Meanwhile, it can also reach the energy-saving and high-efficient goal. In the past, grinding needed dozens of hours. Now it can be done in a second with the help of ultra-high pressure, which creates the Chinese super fine crushing technology after the disperse dyes. When using ultra-high pressure homogenizer to do ultrafine grinding, working pressure should be controlled around 100MPa according to different types. From the result of practice, the high pressure homogenizer designed by Shanghai Donghua High Pressure Homogenizer Factory is the most suitable one. Also, timely maintenance of the high pressure homogenizer is very important to the improvement of the products' quality.
