女大学生主体意识调查与分析——以黑龙江科技大学为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Subject Consciousness of Female College Students-on the Example of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology

女性主体意识是影响女性自身发展及男女平等进程的重要因素。女大学生作为社会的一个特殊群体,她们将成为推动社会发展不可或缺的力量。然而受就业压力及传统文化等客观因素的影响,部分女大学生自主意识发展明显滞后。笔者以黑龙江科技大学女大学生为调查对象,对女大学生的主体意识进行了研究与分析。结果表明,当代女大学生对人生角色的定位、自我价值的理解及男女不平等社会现实的认知尚存在一定的偏差。男权文化的统治是造成女性主体意识不足的根本原因,构建先进的性别文化是促进女性主体意识觉醒的先提条件。高校应充分发挥其先进文化传播的作用,通过开设女性学课程及校园文化建设等途径来促进女大学生主体意识的发展。

Female subject consciousness is an important factor in the influence of women development and in the progress of equality between men and women.As a special group,female college students will become the indispensable force for social development.However,the development of some female college students＇subject consciousness is obviously lagging due to the influence of employment pressure,traditional culture and other objective factors.In this thesis,the author studied and analyzed female college students＇subject consciousness with female college students in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology being the investigation object.The results turned out to be that deviation still exists in the role of life,the understanding of self worth and the social reality of the inequality between male and female among contemporary female college students.The rule of male-dominated culture is the primary cause of the lack of female subject consciousness and constructing advanced gender culture is a precondition in the promotion of women＇s subject consciousness awakening.Colleges and universities should give full play of its function in spreading advanced culture and promote the development of female college students＇subject consciousness through courses in female,construction of campus culture and other ways.
