探究口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果

To Explore the Dental Film Material to Guide the Clinical Effect of Bone Regeneration in Dental Implantation

目的探究口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月收治的80例接受牙种植再生治疗的患者进行研究。让患者进行抽签,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每个小组均有40例患者。对照组患者采用常规的治疗方法,应用钛膜引导骨再生;观察组患者则在对照组的治疗基础上再应用口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生。治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生概率(伤口开裂、急性肿胀)、骨宽度以及植骨宽度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组的治疗总有效率(观察组95.00%,对照组77.50%),前者的不良反应发生概率低于后者,并且观察组的骨宽度以及植骨宽度明显优于对照组,两组患者之间的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果较为显著,可有效提升患者的治疗总有效率,减少不良反应的发生概率,值得在临床中进一步借鉴。

Objective To explore the dental film material to guide the clinical effect of bone regeneration in dental implantation. Methods Our hospital this study 80 patients received dental implants in patients treated regeneration Feb- ruary 2015 - February 2016 admitted. Results The observation group total effective rate was higher than the total effective rate （95.00% in the obser- vation group, the control group, 77. 50% ）, the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions of the former than the lat- ter, and the width of the bone and bone width Observer Group than the control group, the difference data between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusions Dental film material guided bone regeneration in dental implants in clinical effect is more significant, can effectively improve the treatment of patients with total effieieney and re- duce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions in clinical worth further reference.
