溶胶凝胶法制备Bi_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO-Al_2O_3系玻璃粉体的热性能 被引量:5

摘要 为获得热性能优异的无铅玻璃粉体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备Bi_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO-Al_2O_3系玻璃粉体,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差示量热扫描仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热膨胀仪、"纽扣"实验等测试分析手段测定玻璃粉形貌、特征温度、晶化特性、热膨胀性及流动性,分析各性能之间的联系。结果表明:溶胶凝胶法制备的玻璃料疏松多孔,球磨后粒径主要分布于0.1~1μm;玻璃化温度为485℃、软化温度为541℃;在25~1 000℃范围内玻璃粉体为非晶态;热膨胀系数α_l(25~300℃)为6.57×10^(-6)℃^(-1);在700~725℃烧结具有良好的流动性。 To obtain lead-free glass frits with excellent thermal properties, Bi2O3-SiO2-B2O3-ZnO-Al2O3 glass powders were prepared by sol-gel method. Morphologies, characteristic temperature, crystallization characteristics, thermal expansion and flexibility of glass were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction test analysis(XRD), thermal expansion instrument and "button" experiments. The connection between these properties was analyzed. The results show that sol-gel glass powders are porous. The ball milled particle size is mainly in0.1-1 μm and glass transition temperature is 485 ℃, the softening temperature is 541 ℃. The glass powder is amorphous in the range of 25-1 000 ℃. The thermal expansion coefficient is 6.57×10-(-6)℃-(-1)ranging from 25 to 300 ℃, it presents a good flexibility when firing at 700-725 ℃.
