基于熵产法的旋风分离器排气管半径优化 被引量:1

摘要 为提高旋风分离器对细颗粒的捕集效率,对其排气管半径进行优化,利用RSM模型和DPM模型对缩口型排气管的旋风分离器进行模拟,确定其内部流场的能量分布状况,利用熵产理论对其湍动能、湍流熵产及壁面熵产进行分析。结果表明:随着缩口半径的减小,湍流熵产及壁面熵产更加集中在排气管及捕集口处,当缩口半径与排气管半径比值为0.6时,分离器有较高的分离效率,且熵产只有小幅度增加,分离器能耗变化较小。 In order to improve the capture efficiency of the cyclone separator for fine particles, the exhaust pipe radius of cyclone separator was optimized. RSM and DPM model were used to determine the energy distribution of the internal flow field in a cyclone separator with contraction radius of exhaust pipe. The turbulent kinetic energy, entropy production due to turbulent flow and shear stress on the wall were analyzed by the entropy production theory. The results show that, with the decrease of the radius, turbulence entropy production and wall entropy production are concentrated in the the exhaust pipe and capture outlet. When the ratio of the contraction radius to the exhaust pipe radius is 0.6,the cyclone has higher separation efficiency, smaller increase of entropy production and smaller energy consumption.
