摘要
分模是注塑模具设计的一个重要环节,通过对脱模方向、分模线、分型面等分模主要影响因素的分析,提出了实体分模法、曲面分模法、复合分模法等基于几何特征的分模方法,提高了模具设计效率。最后以家电产品上一塑件为例,说明复合分模方法在实际工作中的灵活应用。
Parting is an important part of injection mould design. Through the analysis of the main influence factors such as the stripping direction, parting line and parting surface. Some methods are proposed,which are based on geometric features are put forward to improve the efficiency of mould design,including the entity parting method, the parting surface method, the compound parting method, and so on. Taking a plastic part of electrical appliance product as an example,the application of compound parting mould methods is demonstrated.
