摘要
采用脱硫、混合初沉、微电解、中和沉淀、催化氧化、混凝沉淀、生化工艺 ,可以对蒽醌染料生产废水进行有效的处理 ,COD(平均值 )可从 660 0 0mg/L以上降至 96mg/L左右 ,色度(平均值 )可从 80 0 0倍降至 90倍以下 。
The wastewater in anthraquinone dye production can be effectively treated by the process,which combines desulfurization,mixing primary precipitation,microelectrolysis,neutralization precipitation,catalytic oxidation and coagulation precipitation. COD can be reduced from over 66000 mg/L to 96 mg/L,and chroma from 8000 times to 30 times.The effluent can meet the national discharge standards.
