肝细胞癌与重型乙型肝炎IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17检测结果分析

摘要 目的:研究肝细胞癌与重型乙型肝炎干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)检测结果的临床意义。方法:选择201 3年5月至2014年11月来我院就诊的30例肝细胞癌患者作为观察组,分别选择同-时期来我院就诊的30例重型乙型肝炎患者和30例体检健康合格者作为对照l组和对照2组,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测所有患者IFN-γ、IL-4及IL-17水平,分析其临床意义。结果:观察组IL-17为(3.02±1.23)pg/ml,显著高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照1组IFN-γ和IL-4分别为(90.42±22.74)ng/ml和(108.42±26.68)ng/ml,显著高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17在肝细胞癌中呈高表达.提示患者预后较差,IL-4与IFN-γ在重型乙型肝炎患者中呈高表达,对疾病发展转归具有一定作用,且参与肝脏局部纤维化过程。
