双切口双钢板内固定应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的效果分析

摘要 目的:对双切口双钢板内固定应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的效果分析。方法:回顾性分析2014年3月-2015年11月本院收治的105例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组(58例)与研究组(47例),对照组给予锁定板内固定治疗,研究组给予双切口双钢板内固定,观察两组相关指标及并发症情况。结果:研究组相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双切口双钢板内固定应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中可有效改善各项指标及降低并发症的发生率。 Objective: Within the two--incision double plates used in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures in the effectiveness analysis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of March 2014 -- The clinical data of November 2015 our hospital 105 cases of complex tibial plateau fracture patients, depending on the treatment program will be divided into a control group (58 cases) and study group (47 cases) and control group received locking plate fixation, internal fixation research group received two incisions and double plates, related indicators were observed and complications. Results: Study Groups related indicators than the control group (P *(0. 05) ; morbidity study group than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Double cut double plates used in the treatment of complex tihial plateau fractures can effectively improve the indicators and reduce the incidence of complications.
