aVR单导联方法在鉴别儿童室性心动过速临床应用价值

摘要 目的:探究aVR单导联方法在鉴别儿童室性心动过速临床应用价值。方法:选取我院确诊为心动过速的68例患者,采用单盲法进行研究,对患者aVR单导联分步诊断,分析该方法准确率、灵敏性及特异性。结果:步骤一、二、三、四诊断准确率分别为100%、47.06%、95.65%及97.37%,总正确指数、特异度、灵敏度分别为79.16%、71.23%及81.62%,阳性及阴性预测值分别为91.23%及50.14%,共出现误诊11例。结论:采用aVR单导联法对儿童患者进行心动过速诊断,其诊断效果较好,缩短诊断时间,可行性更高,对急诊患者适应性更强。
