护理风险管理在心血管重症患者护理中的应用及效果分析

目的:探究护理风险管理应用于心血管重症患者护理的临床效果及价值。方法:随机选取2013年4月-2015年4月在本院心血管内科进行治疗的重症患者300例,2013年4月-2014年5月还未进行护理风险管理的重症患者167例,即为对照组,2014年6月-2015年4月已经进行护理风险管理的重症患者133例,即为观察组。对两组患者在护理过程中发生不良事件的具体情况以及护理满意度进行一定的观察比较。结果:观察组患者在护理过程中发生不良事件的概率低于对照组,且其护理满意度明显高于对照组,其差异满足统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理应用于心血管重症患者的实际护理中,能够有效地保证护理低风险,增强患者的满意度,具有极好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of nursing risk management in patients with severe cardiovascular disease. Methods Randomly selecting 300 eases of severe patients with treatment in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from April 1st, 2013 to April 1st, 2015.167 cases from April 1st, 2013 to May 1st, 2014 may has not nursing risk management in patients with severe 167 cases,that is control group, 133 cases from June 1st, 2014 to April lst,2015 has been carried out nursing risk management of severe patients is the observation group. The specific cases of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The probability of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing risk management is applied in the practical nursing of patients with severe cardiovascular disease, which can effectively guarantee the low risk of nursing, enhance the patient＇s satisfaction, and has excellent application value.
