摘要
目的:分析青岛地区无偿献血者HIV感染状况,为制定艾滋病筛查和艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法:回顾调查2010-2015年期间无偿献血者HIV感染和分布状况。结果:615101名无偿献血者中375人例感染HIV,阳性率为0.061%,其中男224人,女151人,主要集中在20-40岁的已婚人群,以公司职员和工人为主。结论:青岛地区无偿献血者HIV感染率与我国整体感染率基本一致,艾滋病感染已经从高危人群向一般人群蔓延,增加了无偿献血工作难度。
Objective： To analyze the status of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors in Qingdao, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS. Methods ： a retrospective study of HIV infection and distribution of voluntary blood donors during 2010-2015 years. Results： 375 free blood donors in 615101 cases of infection with HIV, the positive rate was 0.061%, including 224 men and 151 women, mainly concentrated in the 20-40 year old married people, mainly to the company staff and workers.Conclusion ：the rate of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors in Qingdao area is consistent with the overall infec- tion rate of our country, which has spread from high--risk groups to the general population, increasing the difficulty of voluntary blood donation.
