纳米TiO_2/聚丙烯复合材料的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 二氧化钛(TiO_2)是一种优秀的塑料添加剂,将其添加至聚合物中,可提高聚合物的很多性能。在本文中,将普通TiO_2、纳米TiO_2、TiO_2-Al2O3、TiO_2-SDBS添加到聚丙烯(PE)粒料中,通过双辊塑炼机、万能制样机制出不同规格的标准样,再进行弯曲、拉伸和冲击力学性能测试。研究结果表明:TiO_2的加入量为1.5%时,PE的力学性能达到最优。普通TiO_2改性的PE拉伸强度、弯曲强度、抗冲击强度分别比纯PE提高了63.8%、46.9%、110.2%。纳米TiO_2改性的PE拉伸强度、弯曲强度、抗冲击强度分别提高了325.4%、106%、89.8%。TiO_2-Al2O3改性的PE拉伸强度、弯曲强度、抗冲击强度分别提高了416.7%、149.8%、183.1%。TiO_2-SDBS改性的PE拉伸强度、弯曲强度、抗冲击强度分别提高了430.2%、135.3%、157.6%。由此可知,改性过的纳米TiO_2,可更好的在PE中分散,对PE的改性效果最为优良。 Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a kind of excellent plastic additives, which can be added to the polymer. In this paper, ordinary TiO2, nano TiO2, TiO2-Al2O3 and TiO2-SDBS are added in polypropylene pellets, and standard samples of different sizes are produced by twin roll machine and universal sample preparation, and then the bending, tensile and impact mechanical properties are tested. The result shows when TiO2 content is 1.5%, the mechanical properties of PE are optimized. Compared with pure PE, The tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of the ordinary TiO2 modified PE are increased by 63.8%, 46.9%, and 110.2%, those of nano TiO2 modified PE are increased by 325.4%, 106% and 89.8%, those of TiO2-AI203 modified PE are increased by 416.7%, 149.8% and 183.1%, those of TiO2-SDBS modified PE are increased by 430.2%, 135.3% and 157.6%. It can be seen that the modified nano TiO2can be better dispersed in the PE, and has the best modification effect on PE.
