摘要
根据实际生产经验总结出使用窄间隙埋弧焊焊接锅炉时坡口脱渣的解决办法。结合实际生产案例,介绍了使用相关脱渣手段的典型锅炉环缝的生产过程及焊缝性能测试结果。
The use of narrow gap submerged arc welding in boiler slag removal groove solution were summed up according to the actual production experience. The welded process of typical boiler circumferential weld by using relative slag removal method and the test results of the weld performance were also introduce.
