联合冲击疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症35例临床观察

Clinical observation on 35 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis treated by combination pulse therapy

目的观察联合冲击疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法将70例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组单纯采用针刺、推拿、中医正骨方法治疗;治疗组采用联合冲击疗法治疗。治疗3周后,观察2组的临床疗效及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果对照组总有效率为7 7.2%,治疗组为94.3%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后VAS评分均有所下降,且治疗组下降更显著,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论联合冲击疗法较单纯采用传统针刺、推拿、中医正骨方法治疗腰椎管狭窄症临床疗效更显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficiency of combination pulse therapy in treating lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 70 cases were randomized into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each. The control group was treated by acupuncture,massage and bone-setting,while the treatment group was intervened with combination pulse therapy. Clinical effect and VAS score were observed after treatment for 3 weeks. Results The total effective rate in control group was 77. 2% while that in treatment group was 94. 3%,there was a significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. VAS scores of two groups were all decreased while dropped more in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combination therapy is effective and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
