摘要 目的:探讨间接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道非典型病原体的临床应用价值。方法:以我院呼吸内科收治的426例呼吸道疾病患者作为研究对象,根据其临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。采用间接免疫荧光法检测肺炎衣原体(CP)、肺炎支原体(MP)、嗜肺军团菌(LP)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、Q热立克次体(CB)、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒等9种非典型呼吸道病原体IgM抗体,探讨间接免疫荧光法在其中的应用效果。结果:426例呼吸道感染患者非典型病原体检出73例,检出率为17.1%,肺炎衣原体、肺炎支原体、嗜肺军团菌、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、Q热立克次体、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒的检出率分别为4.1%、20.5%、12.3%、8.2%、6.8%、1.4%、11.0%、26.0%、9.6%。儿童组乙型流感病毒检出率高于成人组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:间接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道非典型病原体的临床应用价值较高,具有快捷、方便准确的特点,能为临床治疗提供重要的实验依据,可满足临床诊治的需要,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application value of indirect immunofluorescence method to detect respiratory clinical atypical pathogens. Methods: Four hundred and twenty six patients with respiratory disease admitted by the Respiratory Medicine Department of the Hospital were selected as the research subjects, who were retrospectively analyzed and summarized according to the clinical data. Indirect immunofluorescence method was applied to detect antibodies of 9 types of atypical respiratory pathogens IgM including chlamydia pneumonia (CP) , mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) , legionella pneumophila (LP) , respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) , adenovirus (ADV) , Q Rickettsia (CB) , influenza A virus, influenza B virus and parainfluenza, and the application effects of indirect immunofluorescence method were explored. Results: Seventy three out of 426 patients with respiratory tract infection were detected to have atypical pathogens with the detection rate 17.1%, and detection rates of chlamydia pneumonia ( CP) , mycoplasma pneumoniae ( MP) , legionella pneumophila ( LP) , respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV) , adenovirus ( ADV) , Q Rickettsia (CB) , influenza A virus, influenza B virus and parainfluenza were 4.1%, 20.5%, 12.3%, 8.2%, 6.8%, 1.4%, 11.0%, 26.0%and 9.6%, respectively. The detection rate of children group with influenza B virus was higher than that of adults groups, the differences were significant ( P〈0.05) . Conclusion: Indirect immunofluorescence method used to detect respiratory atypical pathogens provided highly clinical application value, and was fast, convenient and accurate, and it provides important experimental basis for clinical treatment, which can meet needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
