粉刷石膏砂浆的性能研究

本文通过试验证明粉刷石膏砂浆的砂率在1:4范围以内的综合性能最好;分层度在1cm^2cm之间的砂浆具有良好的保水性,且不易离析和开裂;在石膏砂浆中加入水泥后的配合比为1:1:3的粉刷石膏砂浆是较为理想的配合比,早期强度提高明显;胶粉的最佳掺量为0.5%时,粉刷石膏砂浆的粘结性能最高达到1.1MPa。

This paper through the experiment prove stucco gypsum mortar sand rate in 1：4 within the scope of the comprehensive performance of the best;the degree stratification in lcm-2cm between mortar has good water retention property,and not easy to segregation and cracking.In the gypsum mortar when cement is added with the ratio of 1：1：3 gypsum slurry is the ideal ratio,and the early strength is obviously improved;the best dosage of rubber powder for 0.5%,paint gypsum mortar bond performance reached the highest 1.1MPa.
