摘要
地铁建设工程重大变更的"破坏性"阻碍地铁建设管理工作的顺利开展。应用扎根理论方法识别出地铁建设工程中重大变更的三个核心特征:变更原因、变更对象及变更结果。基于此,构建地铁建设工程重大变更特征模型,分析重大变更特征所形成的组合类型,并阐述重大变更特征对地铁建设工程重大变更的管控作用。
The destructiveness of major variation of subway construction projects hinders smooth development of subway construction management. This paper explores and identifies three core characteristics of the major variation in the subway construction project: variation reasons, variation objects and variation results by using grounded theory method. Based on the characteristics, constructs the major variation characteristic model of the subway construction project, and analyzes composite types formed by major variation characteristics, and expounds the control effect of the major variation characteristics on the subway construction project.
