摘要
针对当前大功率LED前照灯散热困难的问题,提出了有限元仿真方法,对LED在不同散热条件下的温度场分布进行仿真计算。从最简单的LED芯片自然冷却模型入手,逐步引入翅片结构,空气对流等辅助散热条件,使得LED灯具散热效果不断优化。有限元方法作为重要的计算机辅助研究工具,为大功率LED灯具散热结构的设计与分析提供了更加经济、有效、便捷的研究手段。
In the view of heat dissipation problems of high pow er LED lamps,the finite element method( FEM) was proposed. Based on this method,the temperature field distribution was obtained under different thermal dissipation conditions. Start from the simplest model that the LED lamp w as w orking w ith natural cooling,the cooling fins and air convection w ere added to improve the cooling effect,and then the w orking temperature of the LED lamp can be reduced. The FEM method is an important computer- aided research tool,it provides a more economic,effective and convenient w ay for the thermal analysis and design of high pow er LED lamps.
