摘要
南阳师范学院"UDS"合作共同体研究与实践构建了一个大学、地方教育行政部门和中小学共同参与、优质资源共享、无缝交流、互动研修、协同备课的数字化学习平台。围绕提升教师数字化学习能力,团队通过理论研究与实践探索,确立了以团队协作学习、混合学习为手段,以新建构主义理念和转变学习方式为关键着力点,以榜样激励、专题研讨、小组竞赛、学科互助为辅助的实践共同体数字化学习能力提升策略,有效促进了教师专业知识提升和教师专业化成长。
The UDS cooperative community development of Nanyang Normal College has built up a digital study platform for universities,the local education administration departments and primary and middle schools to participate,share information and resources,communicate seamlessly in research and study for collaborative lesson preparation.In order to improve digital learning ability,the team has been organized cooperatively in a blended learning group through theoretical study and practical exploration.With a new concept of constructivism and learning pattern changes as the key point,the community digital learning ability has been increased and teachers' professional knowledge and development has been achieved effectively by example inspiration,seminar,group competition and discipline cooperation.
