摘要 为提高泡沫材料的发泡倍数并降低成本,进行了固体泡沫特性及其添加无机物(黄沙)的实验研究.通过分析原料A马丽散与发泡剂B在不同配比下混合及混合加沙后固体泡沫的发泡特性,找出最佳配比和最佳含沙质量分数使发泡倍数最大,对比分析添加无机物前后的经济成本,并在天池矿102尾巷采空区进行了现场应用研究.结果表明:原料A马丽散、发泡剂B的最佳配比为1:1.2,当含沙质量分数为25%时发泡倍数最大为14.220且防灭火效果较好. In order both to improve the foam multiple of materials and reduce costs,experiments were done to study on characteristics of solid foam beforeand after adding inorganic substance(sand) in this paper. Through out analyzing the foaming characteristics of solid foam under different proportions and after adding sand when material A Malisan and foaming agent B mixed, this study found out the best proportion and concentration makes the foam multiple largest, then contrasted the economic cost after adding inorganic substances to that of before and applied it in Tianchi mine 102 tail roadway. Results shown that the best proportion was 1:1.2,when sediment concentration was 25%, foam multiple reaches the maximum of 14. 220, and with better fire prevention and extinguishing effects.
