变容积半密闭装置增压过程分析与试验研究

摘要 针对变容积半密闭增压装置内压力走时过程,采用理论建模和试验研究相结合的方法进行分析.首先选取合理的双基推进剂,分析双基推进剂的燃烧机理,建立瞬时燃烧模型;然后建立变容积半密闭装置运动的数学模型,通过理论分析得到装置的推动力、展开时间等必要参数;根据理论计算结果加工出试验模型,自行设计了试验方案,采用高速摄影的研究方法观察该装置在不同时刻的运动状况,并将试验实测结果与理论模型计算结果进行对比.试验结果表明:依靠双基推进剂燃烧后产生的气体作为变容积半密闭增压装置驱动力的可靠性和安全性,试验装置的展开时间与理论计算结果基本一致. The pressurization course in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment was analyzed with theoretical analysis and experimental investigation. Firstly, the reasonable propellant was selected and the combustion model went up; then mathematical model went up in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment, driving force and duration are obtained by theoretical analysis; the test model was obtained according to the results of the theoretical calculation, design a set of test which using research methods of high-speed photography to observe the movement of the equipment in different time, and the test results were compared with the theoretical model calculation result. The test results show that the reasonable propellant can be used as driving force in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment, testing of duration consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
