摘要
目的:探讨提高基层医院护理管理执行力的方法。方法:于2014年3月至2015年2月对我院100名护理人员实施提升护理管理执行力的干预,对比实施前后患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施前患者对护理工作总满意度是93.6%.实施后患者对护理工作的总满意度是99.2%,对比实施前后患者的护理满意度具有显著差异(X^2=11.296,P=0.001)。结论:对于基层医院护理管理执行力的提高方法有强化护理文钇建设、实施激励制度、完善管理机制、加强交流沟通等,通过提高护理管理执行力,能够显著提高患者护理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the enhancement of basic hospital care management execution method. Methods: March 2014 to February 2015 to 100 nurses in our hospital nursing management to enhance the implementation of the execution of the intervention, patient care and job satisfaction before and after implementation. Results: Patients overall satisfaction with care before implementation is 93.6% of patients overall satisfaction with care after the implementation was 99.2%, patient care satisfaction before and after the implementation of a significant difference (x2 = 11.296, P = 0.001). Conclusion: For the primary hospital care management execution improved methods to improve nursing culture construction, the implementation of the incentive system, improve the management mechanism, strengthen communication and so on, by improving the care management execution, can significantly improve patient care satisfaction.
