摘要
采用室内培养实验方法,研究了氰氟草酯在池塘水中的生物降解。结果表明,水中微生物可有效地促进氰氟草酯的降解,氰氟草酯对池塘水中某些细菌的生长有一定刺激作用,对放线菌和真菌的生长影响不明显。利用选择性培养基,对不同种类细菌进一步培养和鉴定发现,氰氟草酯在池水中的降解微生物主要是假单胞菌和葡萄球菌,代谢机制可能以生长代谢为主。
Microbial degradation of cyhalofop-butyl in pond water is investigated in the present study. The results showed that degradation of cyhalofop-butyl in pond water was very rapid, while the degradation of cyhalofop-butyl insterile pond water was slightly slower than that in non-sterile. An increase of temperature could promote cyhalofop-butyl degradation. In addition, cyhalofop-butyl affected total number of microbes. This study also showed that total number of bacteria increased with the decrease of cyhalofop-butyl residue in non-sterile water, but neither fungi nor actinomycetes exhibited change significantly. Main vivid microbes were Pseudomonas and Staphylococcus,respectively. Itmay be concluded that microbial degradation is a dominated factor for metabolism of cyhalofop-butyl in paddy rice ecosystem.
