白内障合并急性闭角性青光眼手术方式及疗效研究

目的:探究治疗白内障合并急性闭角性青光眼的手术方法及治疗效果。方法:把70例88眼该病患者分观察组和对照组各44眼,观察组患者采用白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术进行治疗,对照组患者采用青光眼白内障联合手术,比较两法的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的眼压明显小于对照组,中央前房深度明显高于对照组,手术后出现角膜内皮水肿、睫状体脉络膜脱落脱离及前房炎症等并发症的几率也显著低于对照组。结论:用白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗并发症少临床效果好。

Objective： To explore the surgical methods and treatment effect of the treatment of cataract combined with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods： 70 cases of 88 eyes of the patients were divided into the observation group and 44 cases of control group, the patients in the observation group were given except for joint real angular separation technique to carry on the treatment, the control group were treated with combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract, compared ciliary body detachment and anterior chamber inflammation and other complications were also significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion： the clinical effect of the treatment of the complications of cataract extraction with phacoemulsification combined with the separation of the angle of separatinn is good.
