不同窒息程度新生儿振幅整脑电图的监测及与神经行为评分的关系

摘要 目的:探讨不同窒息程度新生儿振幅整脑电图的监测及与神经行为评分的关系。方法:对收治的72例窒息新生儿进行a EEG描记及NBNA评分并分析。结果:a EEG检测表明a EEG异常程度与新生儿窒息临床分度有统计学意义(Zc=7.76,P<0.05;r=0.764,P<0.001);NBNA评分表明a EEG正常对照组与a EEG轻度异常组、a EEG重度异常组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:a EEG可用于窒息新生儿早期脑损伤的脑功能评价,且窒息程度与a EEG异常发生率呈正相关;a EEG结合NBNA评分更有助于早期判断新生儿脑损伤程度。
