摘要
目的:分析促红细胞生成素(EP0)对早产儿贫血及早期神经行为发育的影响。方法:选择2015年1月~2015年5月之间入住我院新生儿病房的早产儿共50例。所有患儿均给药VitE,补充铁元素,观察组患儿则Z注射rHU-EP0750U。治疗六周后,比较两组患儿治疗前后的HB、Hct和Ret,测量行为神经指数以及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的HB、Hct和Ret指数无显著差异,治疗后差异显著,P〈0.05。治疗后,观察组的神经指数显著高于对照组,P〈0.05。两组均未出现不良反应。结论:在新生早产儿早期使用促红细胞生成素可以防止或者减轻贫血症状,同时可以提高新生儿神经发育水平。
Objective: to analyze the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on the development of anemia and early neural behavior in preterm infants. Methods: a total of 50 premature infants admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to January 2015 were selected. All the children were given the drug VitE, added iron, the observation group was Z injection of rHU-EPO750U. After six weeks treatment, the HB, Hct and Ret of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the nerve index and adverse reaction were measured. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in HB, Hct and Ret index between the two groups after treat- ment, and the difference was significant after treatment, P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the nerve index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: erythropoietin can prevent or reduce the symptoms of anemia in the early stage of newborn infants, and it can also improve the level of neonatal neural development.
