摘要
目的:探讨给予接受根治性前列腺切除术患者人性化护理的临床效果。方法:随机将50例患者分为对照组(n=24)、试验组(n=26),分别接受常规护理干预和人性化护理干预,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗及护理效果。结果:试验组患者生活质量评分、满意度均显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予接受根治性前列腺切除术患者人性化护理可取得显著的临床效果,值得临床的推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into control group （n= 24） and test group （n= 26）. To observe the clinical treatment and nursing effect of two groups of patients, respectively.Results.. The scores of quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. To give patients with radical prostatectomy in patients with humanistic care can achieve significant clinical effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
