摘要
目的:探析儿科护理管理中人性化管理理念的运用效果。方法:随机将196例患儿分为两组,对照组行一般护理,而观察组则运用人性化管理理念,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科护理管理中运用人性化管理理念效果显著。
objective： to explore ideas of humanized management in the pediatric nursing management efficiency.Methods： 196 cases randomly divided into two groups, the control line general nursing, the observation group is using humanized management idea, comparing two groups of nursing effect. Results： the nursing effect is similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： the use of humanized management in pediatric nursing management concept.
