摘要
目的:探析细节管理理念运用在儿科护理管理中的临床价值。方法:随机将198例患儿分为两组,对照组行常规护理,而观察组则运用细节管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组的护理效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上将细节管理理念运用在儿科护理管理中效果显著。
Objective： to analysis the details management concept used in the management of pediatric nursing clinical value. Methods： 198 cases randomly divided into two groups, control group routine care, while the observation group used detail management, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： the nursing effect is similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： clinical general details management concept used in pediatric nursing management effect is remarkable.
