颈椎双节段杂交手术与前路减压融合手术的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨颈椎双节段杂交手术和前路减压融合手术的临床效果。方法:从2013年1月至2014年12月来我院治疗颈椎病的患者中选出42例,将其随机分为两个小组,每组21例患者。对其中一组采用前路加压融合手术方法,作为对比组;对另外一组患者则采用双节段杂交手术方法,作为研究组。结果:研究组患者的手术时间略长于对比组,出血量和引流量两组之间不存在较大差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的JOA评分中研究组为(16.31±1.73),明显优于对比组(15.1 5±2.21)。同时研究组患者的颈椎功能障碍评分低于对比组,损伤颈椎周围椎骨活动范围大于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:采用颈椎双节段杂交手术和前路减压融合手术的短期效果相似,但其中双节段杂交手术的远期效果优于前路减压融合手术。
