摘要
为了进一步了解薄壁圆柱壳的振动特性,提出了一种间接测试薄壁圆柱壳振动应力的方法。首先利用谐响应分析方法计算获得了结构在不同基础激励幅度下的振动应力和响应;然后通过最小二乘法得到"振动应力-响应"关系曲线,建立了两者的数值表达式,明确了间接测试其振动应力的理论基础。最后通过实例对此方法进行了验证,结果表明此间接测试方法具有较好的测试精度。提出了薄壁圆柱壳振动应力间接测量的方法及流程,并对其中的关键环节,如Rayleigh阻尼的确定以及基于实验数据的有限元模型的修正方法进行了详细论述,可以为薄壁圆柱壳振动应力的测试问题提供一种新思路。
A method for indirect test of vibration stress of thin cylindrical shell was proposed for further study its vibration characteristics. Firstly, vibration stress and response of the shell under different base excitation amplitudes were calculated by harmonic response analysis method. Subsequently the relationship between the vibration stress and response of the shell was established through Least Square Method, so that indirect measurement principle of vibration stress was clarified. Finally, practicability and effectiveness of this indirect method was demonstrated by a study case. The results showed that indirect measurement results of vibration stress have good agreements with actual experimental results. It provides the procedures of indirectly testing vibration stress of thin cylindrical shell, and gives details about its key steps, such as the determination of Rayleigh damping and the correction method of the finite element model of the shell based on the experimental results. The research of this manuscript provides a new idea for obtaining vibration stress of thin cylindrical shell.
