汽车同步器锁止性能试验研究

摘要 为研究汽车变速器的同步器锁止过程及机理,在自行研制的同步器性能试验台上对某款变速器进行了换挡性能试验,分别测得了换挡力、换挡位移、变速器输入转速及变速器输出转速,并对试验数据进行了分析。发现:被试变速器I挡、II挡、III挡的换挡位移曲线在同步阶段未保持水平,且二次冲击阶段变速器输入轴发生周向冲击。试变速器IV挡、V挡换挡位移曲线在同步阶段保持水平,输入轴转速曲线变化较为光滑。结果表明,该变速器挡位I、II、III的同步器锁止性能不足,IV挡、V挡同步器锁止性能较好。 Based on a custom-built experimental apparatus, the performance test of synchronizer is performed to analyze the lock performance. During the experiment, the shift effort, shift travel, the rotate speed of transmission input shaft and the rotate speed of transmission output shaft with shift time. And the test data are analyzed^The shift travel curves of the 1st gear, the 2nd gear, and the 3rd gear are not maintaining level, and the circumferential impact of transmission input shaft happened when getting into the double bump. But the shift travel curves of the 4th gear and the 5th gear can maintain level, and the curves of transmission input shaft are smooth. So, the lock performance of the 1st gear ,the 2nd gear, and the 3rd gear is deficiency. But the 4th gear and the 5th gear have good lock performance.
