摘要
7075铝合金由于其机械性能好、抗腐蚀性强等优点在塑料模具中被广泛应用。由于塑料模具的结构通常比较复杂,一般采用电火花成型加工,但会出现加工速度慢、加工精度低等一些不足。针对上诉不足,提出了工件水平超声振动电火花复合加工。运用正交试验法,对7075铝合金分别进行普通电火花加工和工件水平超声振动电火花复合加工,综合分析两种电火花加工的正交试验结果。分析结果为7075铝合金复杂结构的高精度高效率加工提供了重要的指导意义。
7075 aluminum alloy is widely used in the plastic mould field because of its good mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance. The structure of the plastic mold is usually complex by using EDM to machine, but this way has some shortcomings such as the slow processing speed, the low processing accuracy. Aimed at these shortcomings, the horizontal ultrasonic EDM should be come up. The 7075 aluminum alloy was respectively processed by ordinary EDM and the horizontal ultrasonic EDM by orthogonal test, The results of orthogonal test of two kinds of EDM are synthetically analyzed. The analytical results provide us the important guiding significance for the high-precision and high--efficiency machining of the complex structure of 7075 aluminum alloy.
