摘要
诱导轮是一种结构新颖,性能优良的流体装置,其自身具有良好的抗汽蚀性,是液体火箭发动机涡轮泵的关键部件。介绍了诱导轮的结构、功能及分类;介绍了UG软件的功能及特点;系统介绍了某航空发动机中的诱导轮的刀路轨迹设计方法及核心要素;经验证采用该工艺及刀路轨迹能较高效的完成诱导轮的加工,同时通过调整切向、径向延伸参数解决了轮毂精加工中欠切削的问题;同时对该型号五轴联动加工中心的网络通讯和机床参数设置进行了小结;最后提出了该类零件下一步研究的重点及待解决的问题。
Inducer is a fluid device with new structure and high performance. With excellent cavitation resistance, it is a critical component of the turbine pump of liquid-propellant rocket engine.It introduces the structure, function and assortment of inducer, the function and characteristics of the UG software, and the design methods and core elements of the inducer cutter locus in a certain type of aero-engine. It has been verified that by using the procedure and cutter locus, processing inducer can be completed with higher efficiency. Meanwhile, the problem of undercutting in hub ,finishing can be solved by adjusting the tangential and the radial extension parameters. It also summarizes the network communication and the tool parameter setting of the five-axis machining center of the same type. Finally it puts forward the key points and the problems to be solved for the future research on this type of components.
