基于贪心算法的铆塞结构优化研究

摘要 铆塞是一种新型工艺孔密封件,国产铆塞性能存在诸多不足。利用有限元软件,对现有的铆塞的拉铆成型过程和破坏过程进行模拟分析,得出铆塞的性能参数,建立相应的优化目标函数,并通过贪心算法对铆塞的结构进行相应的优化改进。对优化前后铆塞进行性能测试,对比优化前后的密封性能数据和最大抗压能力,发现经过优化后,铆塞的密封性和最大抗压能力得到了增强,进一步验证了软件模拟和优化算法的可靠性。这种优化方法可以推广到其他机械设备的结构设计及分析中,具有较大的工程实用意义。 Seal plug is a new-type part which is used to seal auxiliary holes. However, domestic seal plugs have many deficiencies. Using the finite element method software, we can simulate and analyze the process of seal plug riveting molding and seul plug failure , and performance parameter of seal plug can be obtained. By this way, function model can be set up, which can be used to optimizethe structure of seal plug by greedy algorithm. Conducting performanee test and contrasting the sealing performance data and the maximum compressive ability of seal plug before and afteroptimization, we can found that the sealing performance and the maximum compressive ability has been enhancedafter optimization, which verify the reliability of the software simulation and optimization algorithms.This optimization approach with significant practical applications in engineering can be extended to the structure design and analysis of other mechanical equipment.
