联苯菊酯微囊悬浮剂的超高效液相色谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立了超高效液相色谱法测定联苯菊酯微囊悬浮剂中联苯菊酯含量的方法。方法样品用乙腈超声提取20 min,分取部分提取液用乙腈定容为10 ml。使用Waters Xterra C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,流速0.5 ml/min,在203 nm波长下,对联苯菊酯进行分析。外标法定量。结果研究的方法的线性范围为50~150 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 8。平均加标回收率为98.16%~100.25%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.89%~4.69%(n=6)。方法检出限(LOD)为2.6×10-3mg/L(以信噪比为3计)。结论研究的方法具有快速、简便、精确度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。 Objective To establish a method for detecting the bifenthrin capsule suspension with ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile ultrasonically for 20 min. An aliquot of extract was diluted to 10 ml with aeetonitrile. Quantitative analysis of the active ingredient was conducted using a Waters Xterra C18 chromatographic column and variable wave length photodiode array detection (PDA). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (80/20, v/v ) , the mobile speed was 0.5 mlfmin and the detecting h was 203 nm. The quantitative analysis was performed using external standard calibration curve. Results The linear range for hifenthrin was 50 - 150 mg/L( r = 0.999 8 ). The mean recoveries were between 98.16% and 100.25% with the relative standard deviations of 3.89% - 4. 69% ( n = 6 ). The detection limit was 2. 6 × 10^-3 mg/L ( 3 S/N ). Conclusion The method is an ideal analysis method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and good linear correlations.
