扬州地区主要病媒昆虫抗药性状况调查 被引量:1

Investigation of insecticide resistance of main medical vector insects in Yangzhou City

摘要 目的了解扬州市淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊对几种杀虫剂的抗性现状,为科学合理使用化学杀虫剂,指导病媒生物防治工作深入开展提供依据。方法幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ~Ⅳ龄期蚊幼虫半数致死浓度(LC50);点滴法测定家蝇半数致死剂量(LD50);药膜法测定德国小蠊半数击倒时间(KT50)。结果淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、敌敌畏、仲丁威的抗性倍数依次为3.1、1.9、2.2倍;家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏的抗性倍数依次为8.1、111、122.5倍;德国小蠊对残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数依次为2.06、4.72、1.57、3.44倍。结论扬州地区淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊对常用的化学杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性。 Objective To investigate the resistance of field populations of Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, and Blattella germanica to several insecticides in Yangzhou City and provide scientific basis for rational use of chemical insecticides. Methods The median lethal concentration (LCs0) for Cx. pipiens pallens larvae was determined with the impregnation method,the median lethal dose (LDs0) forM. domestica with the topical application method,and the median knock down time (KTso) for B. germanica with the residual film method. Results The resistance ratios of field population of Cx. pipiens pallens to permethrin, dichlorvos and fenobucarb were 3.1,1.9 and 2. 2 respectively; the resistance ratios of field population of M. domestica to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and dichlorvos were 8. 1,111 and 122. 5 respectively;the resistance ratios of field population of B. germanica to propoxur, beta-cypermethrin, orthene and deltamethrin were 2. 06,4. 72,1.57 and 3.44 respectively. Conclusion The field populations of Cx. pipienspallens ,M. domestica and B. germanica in Yangzhou developed different levels of resistance to normal used insecticides.
