摘要
目的评估扑力菊超低容量喷雾现场控制白纹伊蚊的效果。方法采用挂笼法和人诱停落法调查蚊虫密度,计算挂笼内蚊虫死亡率和人诱停落法蚊虫相对密度下降率,评估灭蚊效果。结果在距喷药点10 m范围内,挂笼中蚊虫24 h平均死亡率达到96.7%以上;人诱停落法0.5 h蚊虫平均相对密度下降率达到91.1%,24 h平均相对密度下降率为68.9%。结论扑力菊对白纹伊蚊成虫控制效果显著,可以作为蚊虫防治的杀虫剂储备。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pyrethrins for the control of Aedes albopictus in field. Methods Two mosquito sampling methods, hanging cage method and human landing catch were used to investigate the mosquito density. Results Average 24 h mortality ofAedes albopictus achieved above 96. 7% under 10 meters in hanging cage method. The average density decline rate of 0. 5,24 h were 91.1% and 68.9% in human landing catch. Conclusion Aedes albopictus could be controlled by ULV spray of pyrethrins which could be the stocks of insecticide for mosquito control.
