摘要
目的了解广东省广州、佛山和潮州白纹伊蚊对3种常用杀虫剂敌敌畏、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性。方法采用幼虫浸渍法监测广州、佛山和潮州白纹伊蚊幼虫的抗药性。结果广州市白纹伊蚊对敌敌畏、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的LC50分别为0.226、3.894和0.407 mg/L,抗性倍数分别为1.19、1.62和2.88倍;佛山市白纹伊蚊对敌敌畏、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的LC_(50)分别为0.170、3.153和0.112 mg/L,抗性倍数分别为0.89、1.31和0.79倍,潮州市白纹伊蚊对敌敌畏、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的LC_(50)分别为0.152、1.400和0.053 mg/L,抗性倍数为0.80、0.58和0.37倍。结论广州市白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯已产生低等抗性,在实际消杀工作中需注意合理用药,延缓蚊虫抗药性的发展。
Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus to three commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou, Foshan and Chaozhou City. Methods Monitoring the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae in Guangzhou, Foshan and Chaozhou with the larvae dipping method. Results The LC50 s of dichlorvos, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin to Aedes albopictus in Guangzhou were 0. 226,3. 894 and 0. 407 mg/L indicating that Guangzhou population of Aedes albopictus developed 1.19,1.62 and 2.88 fold resistance respectively to the three insecticides. Foshan population of Aedes albopictus developed 0.89, 1.31 and 0.79 fold resistance respectively to dichlorvos, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin, while Chaozhou population of 0. 80,0. 58 and 0. 37 fold. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Guangzhou have developed low resistance to beta-cypermethrin, and more attention need to be payed to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
