摘要
目的分析胸腹腔镜治疗食管癌的临床疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与凝血功能的影响。方法选取84例食管癌患者,参照抽签法分作对照组和研究组,每组各42例,对照组行传统开放手术治疗,研究组行胸腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的手术情况、临床疗效、血清CRP水平及凝血功能。结果研究组手术时间、术中失血量、排气时间均优于对照组(P﹤0.05),两组患者淋巴结清扫总数、凝血功能及临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);术后,研究组患者血清CRP水平明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论胸腹腔镜治疗食管癌的临床疗效值得肯定,术后血清CRP水平相对较低,但对凝血功能有一定的影响,临床上应加强监测。
objective: to analysis the clinical curative effect and the influence of serum c-reactive protein(CRP) and coagulation function by laparoscopic treatment in thoracic esophageal cancer. Methods: 84 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital between January 2013 and July 2014 were treated, with reference to the draw method divided into control group and test group, 42 cases, the control by traditional open surgery, the test by thoracoscope and laparoscopic surgery, compared two groups of operation situation, clinical curative effect, serum CRP level, coagulation function. Results: the test operation time, blood loss and exhaust time were better than that of control group (P〈0.05), the total number of the lymph node in the two groups was no difference (P〉0.05); Two groups of clinical curative effect was no difference (P〉0.05); After surgery, the test serum CRP level was lower than the control group, with statistical difference (P〈 0.04); The coagulant function to compared was no differences between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of thoracoscope and laparoscopic surgery in esophageal cancer is worth affirmation, postoperative serum CRP level is relatively low, but has a certain influence on blood coagulation function, clinical monitoring should be strengthened.
