摘要
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的牙列缺损患者会选择种植牙手术。虽然目前种植牙技术相对发达,但是在种植手术中,失败的案例还是会发生,主要因素为医生误操作或者种植器械出现故障导致中央螺丝扭矩过大使得其折断,对于折断的中央螺丝,修复取出难度较大,从而导致手术或者种植修复的失败,给患者带来极大痛苦;基于此设计出一款快速替换中央螺丝的新型种植体系统:其优点是当中央螺丝折断后,无须将已断在种植体体部内部的中央螺丝取出,直接更换新型的中央螺丝即可。通过ANSYS软件进行有限元分析对比,首先对比原中央螺丝与新型中央螺丝的抗扭性能,结果证明,新型种植体系统的中央螺丝抗扭性能显著提高;其次,对新型种植体系统与原种植体系统在300N载荷,且其作用角度与竖直方向成0°、15°、30°、45°的工况下进行力学分析,结果证明,快速替换中央螺丝的新型种植体系统的最大等效应力更小且小于材料屈服强度,应力分布更佳;以上研究表明此类种植体系统安全性高,便于修复,适合现代牙科种植手术,应用潜力巨大。
With the improvement of living standards, more and more patients dentition defect will choose dental implantion. Althoughdental implant technology is relatively developed, the failure of the case still occurs in the modern dental implant surgery. The reasonmainly is the failure of doctors operation or implantation devices lead to the central screw torque is too large to make it broken. The brokencentral screw is difficulty for repair, resulting in the failure of surgery or implantion, and patients with great pain. In view of thissituation, we have designed a rapid replacement of the central screw of new type dental implant system. The implant system has theadvantage that when the central screw is broken,the central screw is not need to be removed,and the new central screw can be directlyreplaced. In this paper,through the ANSYS to analyze and contrast,the first comparison of the original central screw with the new centralscrew torque performance,the results show that the new implant system of the central screw torque performance is significantly improved.In addition,the new type implant system with the original implant system using 300 N and point of view of its role in for and the verticaldirection into 0 degree, 15 degree, 30 degree, 45 degree mechanical analysis, through the above analysis, the maximum equivalentstress of rapid replacement of central screw type implant system less than the original planting system,and the yield strength of the newtype implant system has better stress distribution. Through the above show that rapid replacement of the central screw of new type implantsystem is more safety,easier repaired,and it suitable for modern dental implant surgery,the potential is great.
