摘要
基于达实大厦工程实例,阐述了建筑信息模型(BIM)在施工图设计阶段的应用过程,涉及到协同设计、可视化设计、VR虚拟设计以及管线综合深化设计等。通过碰撞检查发现诸多问题并及时解决,BIM技术的应用不仅提高了设计人员的沟通效率,而且使设计质量得到了严格把控,并为今后类似工程的设计工作提供了参考。
Based on the DAS building project, this paper describes the application of building information model(BIM) in the stage of construction design, which involves collaborative design, visual design, VR virtual design and pipeline comprehensive deepening design. Through the collision check,a lot of problems was found and solved in time. The application of BIM technology not only improves the communication efficiency between designers, but also makes the design quality strictly controlled, and provides reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
