大型汽化烟道现场组装技术研究

Study on Field Assembly Technology of Large Scale Gasification Flue

转炉汽化烟道是转炉炼钢的主要配套设备之一。探讨了大型汽化烟道现场组装技术,由于受制于炼钢主厂房钢结构层高、层多、平台及柱间支撑交错复杂等条件及汽化烟道本体大尺寸等因素制约影响,需要分段进场,现场组对焊接,为保证组对焊接精度,采用了背部隔离、充惰性气体保护的焊接措施和四边均匀对称焊接的方法进行焊接作业。

Vaporization of converter flue is one of the main equipment of form a complete set of converter steelmaking. Due to limited by main steel building steel structure high-layer, multi-layer, platform and column bracing staggered complex factors such as large size restriction conditions and evaporation flue ontology, multiple entry, group of the welding on site. In order to ensure the welding precision,adopts the back separation,gas filled inert gas protection welding measures and method of uniform and symmetrical welding for welding operation. This paper mainly discusses the large evaporation flue field assembly technology research.
