宏观质量发展指数研究——基于《安徽省质量发展纲要》中期评估的实证分析

质量问题是经济社会发展的战略问题,日益受到人们的关注。本研究基于《安徽省质量发展纲要(2013—2020年)》,建立一套全面的质量安徽建设综合指标体系,运用多变量综合评价法对质量安徽建设进行中期评估。通过对2013-2015年的指标数据分析,各级质量发展指数表现良好,评价结果表明质量安徽建设取得明显成效。

Quality is the strategic issue of economic and social development, which has drawn increasing attention. Based on Anhui Province Quality Development Outline （2013-2020）, this study is aiming to establish a comprehensive quality index system for Quality Anhui Development, and apply multiple variable comprehensive evaluation method to assess its mid-term results. Through the analysis of the index data of 2013-2015, the quality development index at all levels performed well, and the analysis showed that the Quality Anhui Development had achieved remarkable results.
