摘要
快递专用电动三轮车在非机动车道行驶中与行人发生碰撞的几率很大。本文参考国内外的行人保护法规标准,从动力学角度对碰撞过程进行简化,研究快递专用电动三轮车与行人发生碰撞时的事故特征,可能导致的行人伤害情况和死亡风险,并提出相应的措施。
Based on the pedestrian protection laws and regulations at home and abroad, and by simplifying the collision process from the perspective of dynamics, this paper studies the characteristics of accident which happen between electric tricycle for express service use and pedestrians. Furthermore, the paper analyses the potential pedestrian injury and risk of death due to collision between electric tricycles for express service use and pedestrians.
