传统制造业转型升级与广东质量强省面临的问题与对策研究

Transformation of Traditional Manufacturing Industry and Countermeasure Research of Guangdong Province

通过质量提升实现经济发展转型是发达国家共同走过的普遍道路,广东作为国内乃至全球的制造中心,整体还处于全球产业价值链的中低端,且正面临来自国内外多方面的挑战。要实现转型升级,就必须要在产业结构、创新能力、产品质量、标准和品牌以及信息化水平等方面实现赶超。传统制造业如何通过质量的提升、提质增效保持其优势地位,并实现与现代制造业有机结合。本文在分析了广东发展的现状和问题的基础上,提出了清质量与制造强省之间的关系;构建传统制造和现代制造共生共荣的制造业生态体系;强化质量发展基础以及发挥优势行业、产业和领军企业技术、管理的快速外溢效应等政策建议。

Quality enhancement are common practices to achieve economic transition inns developed countries.Guangdong is the manufacturing center of China and even the whole world.However,it is still at the middle-low end of the global industrial value chain. To achieve the transformation and upgrading, Guangdong must achieve catch up in the following aspects： industrial structure, product innovation, product quality, product standards, brand awareness with the enhancements of information technology. In the meantime, traditional manufacturing industry need the organic combination with modern manufacturing to maintain the dominant position. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of Guangdong, this paper presents the relationship between quality and manufacturing province; constructs the manufacturing ecology system of traditional manufacturing industry and modern manufacturing industry; strengthens the foundation of quality development,industry and leading technology, rapid spillover effects of management and other policy recommendations.
