摘要
由于过度捕捞等原因造成的海洋资源枯竭使得桐照村渔民"失海"问题日益严重。基于此,本文对桐照村渔民失海情况和村内措施实施情况进行了实地调研,并分析了这些措施在解决失海渔民实际生活就业方面存在的问题,最后提出四个政策优化方向以期为切实解决"一打三整治"背景下以桐照村为例的失海渔民安置问题提供参考。
Due to overfishing and other reasons, the depletion of marine resources leads to increasingly serious problems of the lost sea fishermen of Tongzhao. Based on this, we did research on situations about lose sea fishermen and implement measure of Tongzhao. Then the article analyses the existing problems that these measures in solving the problems of lost sea fishermen＇s real life. Finally it puts forward four policy optimization directions in order to give reference to effectively solve the problems about lost sea fishermen＇ resettlement, which is in the background of three remediation and take Tongzhao for example.
